Pastor Corey Livingston
Associate Pastor / Youth Pastor
Mike and Jannie have served on staff at Victory Fellowship four times over a twenty year period, culminating with becoming senior pastors in 2004. They have also served as missionaries to Asia and Europe, and as evangelists and itinerate ministers in the United States. Jannie serves as co-pastor and worship pastor at Victory Fellowship. She sings and writes music. Mike and Jannie are both ordained ministers. They have a daughter at Oral Roberts University. Mike also serves as an area superintendent for the Gateway District of ICFG.
Corey came to Victory Fellowship from Life Pacific College and served as an assisting minister and youth pastor before becoming the associate pastor. He is heavily involved in the sound and worship ministry, youth ministry, youth camps, and church facilities as well as leading a successful prayer and worship ministry at the church. He married his wife, Erin, in July 2005, who has attended Victory Fellowship her whole life. Corey is an ordained minister. Corey has been on staff since 2001.
Pastor Janie Horst
Church Administrator & Young Adult Ministry
Janie brings a variety of gifts to the staff. She and her husband, Dan, who is a farmer and oversees oil leases, have served as missionaries to Haiti. They have two children. She also has experience in banking, insurance, missions office administration, music ministry, women's ministry, and prayer ministry including Harp & Bowl prayer. Janie has served Victory Fellowship for nearly two decades and has currently been on staff since 2003.
Pastor Lori Blake
Children's Ministries Director
Lori has attended Victory Fellowship over 20 years and has a great deal of experience ministering to adults and children. Her visionary leadership and administrative skills add a deep dimension to the children's ministry of the church. Lori is married to Mike Blake and they have two children. Although Lori has served at Victory Fellowship for a couple decades, she has currently been on staff since 2004.

Barbara Johnson
Senior Administrative Church Secretary
Barbara grew up in a pastor's home and served in the U.S. Navy where she met her husband, Mark. She is an experience bookkeeper, has graduated from the International School of Ministry, and is currently enrolled via correspondence with Life Pacific College. She brings a passion for and understanding of ministry that has proven invaluable. Barbara joined our staff in 2006.

Rev. Mariel Barrett
Assistant Church Secretary
Mariel has roots in the history of the local Charismatic renewal in the Emporia region. She was one of the forerunners of the movement and has attended Victory Fellowship for 25 years. She served as a missionary to Mexico for 8 years with her husband who has since joined the Lord. Mariel is a beloved asset to our staff.
